UEFA Euro Final 2024: All you need to know

The UEFA Euro Final 2024 has reached its climax. The final match between Spain and England will decide who will be crowned the Euro Champions 2024. It will take place on Sunday night in Berlin.
.The tournament’s favorite Spain had a splendid run in this Euro. They advanced to the round of 16 as the winners of the group of death, securing victory in all three group stage matches.
Spain defeated the former Euro champions Italy as well as Croatia and Albania, showcasing their dominance.
Following their flawless victory in the group stages, Spain faced Georgia in the round of 16, winning decisively with a score of 4-1.
Spain outclassed Georgia, with goals from Rodri, Ruiz, Williams, and Olmo, advancing to the quarterfinals to meet the host country, Germany.
In the quarterfinals, German’s Euro journey was cut short by Spain, with Dami Olmo and Florian Wirtz securing Spain’s spot in the semifinals against France.
In the match against France, 16-year-old Lamine Yamal delivered an outstanding performance, helping his team to a 2-1 victory. With this goal, Yamal became the youngest scorer in Euro history at a tender age of just 16 years old.
For the side of the Three Lions, they had a very rough start in the tournament. Despite advancing to the round of 16 as group winners, their group stage performance was shaky, with only one win out of three matches.
England has been walking a tightrope since the start of the tournament, narrowly avoiding defeat against Slovakia in the round of 16 and edging out Switzerland in a penalty shootout in
the quarterfinals.
England, who were runners-up in the Euro 2020 final against Italy, have once again reached the Euro Championship finals by defeating the Netherlands 2-1 under Southgate’s leadership.
