Brazil 2026 World Cup Schedule – Fixtures, Dates and Venues

Five-time World Cup winners Brazil (1958, 1962, 1970, 1994, 2002) are one of the tournament favourites, with the Selecao aiming to regain glory in 2022 after a quarterfinal exit.

The group stage draw, held on December 5, 2025, at the Kennedy Centre in Washington, D.C., has placed Brazil in Group C alongside Morocco, Scotland and Haiti. The group pits the South American giants against familiar foes and underdogs.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup will represent a historic event in international football, expanding to 48 teams for the first time and being co-hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico.

The 2026 World Cup Schedule will run from June 11 to July 19, 2026, with 104 matches played in 16 state-of-the-art stadiums across three nations.

In this expanded format, the top two teams from each of the 12 groups automatically advance to the round of 32, along with the eight best third-placed teams overall. From there, matches are single-elimination, with extra time and penalties if necessary.

Potential Knockout Stage Path

If Brazil finishes top of Group C, they will face the runner-up from Group F in the Round of 32 at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas.

A win there will set up a Round of 16 clash between the winner of Runner-up Group E vs Runner-up Group I at MetLife Stadium, East Rutherford (New Jersey).

If Brazil advances to the quarterfinals, they will return to play at Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Gardens (Miami).

The semifinals will be at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta, and the final will be at MetLife Stadium, New Jersey, on July 19.

As the runner-up from Group C, Brazil will face the winner of Group F in the Round of 32 at Estadio BBVA, Monterrey (Guadalupe, Mexico).

If Brazil finishes third (and qualifies as one of the best third-place teams), they can face the winner from Groups A, E, or I, with the positions varying accordingly.
